I loved how you composed this site. I viewed this report on CNN. It is extremely sad. What really bothers me is what in the world is wrong with law enforcement? If someone uses the public airwaves to do anything wrong you can charge them with all kinds of offenses that could put them in jail for a long time based on the number of counts filed. The police charge folks in the hood and barrio for using burners so this should be a no-brainer. The dreaded Patriot Act may actually be useful here believe it or not because there are provisions in it which allow law enforcement plenty of work arounds the Constitution to obtain data legally that is admissible even though it would not be usually admissible. Judge Napolitano was recently on CSPAN talking about the Patriot Act in very unflattering terms and he went throught the history of tyranny by the government from the Alien
Sedition Act to Lincoln suspending habeus corpus to FDR imprisoning Japanese, German and Italian Americans to the current administrations use of the Patriot Act in restraining liberties. Check out Reason.org. I was shocked that the judge who is also a Fox commentator was so tough on Presidents Lincoln and G.W. Bush calling them the most flagrant violators of the Constitution and civil liberties who used the security card to do it.
