Swedish Apple Cake

It was a short notice invitation from my Mother-in-law for lunch but I am very glad that I came. The food was fantastic. The Swedish Apple Cake pictured was the highlight of it all. It really is a shame that I cannot share:))

It is a shame you can not share! I LOVE apple cake. My Aunt Terry makes one with rum in it...she rolls the apple slices in brown sugar after boiling them a bit and then drops them in the batter....surely I was a starving person in my past life.
