Pop safe condom

While driving along a local road today I couldn't help but notice this AIDS prevention Billboard. I believe that all that see it will get the point that they should do everything within their means to prevent the disease from spreading. If you cannot read or understand the small prints it translates loosely:

Whoever wants to have fun should have a condom because the rubber protects against: HIV/Aids, from an unwanted pregnancy and from sexual transmitted diseases such as Chlamydia, Hepatitis, Genital Warts or Herpes. Therefore safer sex in each case is worthwhile in itself.

That written, does anyone have any effective STD prevention billboards posted in their neighborhoods?
