I am about to read these two books in the quest to finish yet another Sociology. Some of the questions that will likely be answered are: What is the difference between right and wrong? What does it means to lead a good life? How binding is the marriage vow? What are your obligations to an employer? To your friends? To yourself? Is it always immoral to tell a lie?

The question that I have is why does Europe have to stand up at all. As far as I am concerned, Russia is just protecting their own back yard. In fact, before it is too late, all so-called world powers might want to give them a tad bit more respect.

Yes, ladies and Gentlemen the end of summer sales have started in Germany. And I couldn't help but notice this large signs at the local Hertie department store. On the only issue that I have with the photos is the missing merchandise. Maybe that were already sold out? Nevertheless, I won't be making any purchases for I have enough crap at home to last several years.

It was a short notice invitation from my Mother-in-law for lunch but I am very glad that I came. The food was fantastic. The Swedish Apple Cake pictured was the highlight of it all. It really is a shame that I cannot share:))
